Job Requirements
- BE/MCA in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Candidate should be well-versed with Core Java, Struts/Spring/JSF/ADF Java EE Framework, Java Script, Oracle/MySQL Database, Jdeveloper/NetBeans/Eclipse IDE, Oracle Weblogic Server 11g/GlassFish Server/JBoss Application server, Apache/Tomcat Webserver.
- Candidate should be able to
- Quickly learn the things required to perform the job at hand.
- Design, Develop, Debug, Test, and Maintain Java EE code
- Perform under pressure with tight deadlines in fast paced development environment.
- Lead a team of at least 4 developers providing them the required technical help, direction, and mentoring
- Report daily on –
- Project status
- Tasks effort and duration estimation
- Slippage and the required contingency plan
- Explore new technologies/tools.
- Experience with Agile software development methodologies like Scrum, XP is a plus.
- Experience with JUnit is a plus.
- Experience with automated testing scripts is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ADF development.
- Prior experience as a Project Leader / Tech Lead is a plus.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Java/Java EE development.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the IT industry.
