- Experienced in handling Mainframe applications
- Willingness to learn Cobol400 and AS400
- Will be able to take leadership role in development, support and maintenance activities.
- Should be able to take additional challenges like Automation and Customer value adds.
- Meet short-term and long-term goals.
- Measure the progress against goals.
Desired Profile :
- Good understanding in Mainframe technologies / Willingness for Cobol 400
- Good command over the Quality processes & Estimation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Development/Maintenance projects desirable.
- Experience in working onsite-offshore model projects.
