Job Code/Position for:  Ass.Manager-Business HR (4-5yrs exp) [HYD & Gurgaon]

- Relevant experience (4-5 years) as an HR Generalist ( IT / ITES background only)
- Any graduate/ Commerce graduates & Knowledge of  Finance is added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills, Good Presentation skills
- Open 2 work in shifts

Skills Required:
- Leadership skills, High interpersonal skills
- Hands on Knowledge on office Automation tools/ Soft ware
- Good Conceptual Knowledge of HR ( Especially on retentions tools, Program/ Initiative Execution, Employee
    engagement Program)
- Ability to work in and Lead Teams
- Ability to innovate, connect and implement

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Initiate, Engage and  Execute HR Programs and Initiatives across Business Group, including Current Programs
     like Skip Level meeting,30-Day,90-Day feedback, Mentoring
- Understand the Sensitive Nature of employee interactions and ensures Confidentiality as well as Compliance of
     the Organization’s Policies and  Legal guidelines
- Counsel, grievance handling, flag issues, Trouble-shoot employee issues
- Develop HR initiatives/ Programs to support the organization’s Climate and culture
- Understand Business plans and act as a change agent
- Coach Managers in the application of HR Policies and Procedures to comply with legal and regulatory issues
- MIS-Employee Exit Data
