proactive maintenance and monitoring activities.

• Monitoring the application
process, OS process, job scheduling.
|

• Monitoring of availability,
capacity usage, errors and failures on Compute, storage and network
platforms.

• User Access management.

• Follow quality / security process
defined for the engagement
