HYDERABAD - LocationJOB DESCRIPTION:
POSITON 1:-
- U.S. Based B2B process.
- 24/7 Shifts.
- Both Inbound / Out bound related.
- 75 % on Emails.
- 25 % Calling.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidates should be versed in English with at least one and half year to two years handling US inbound calls.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. (No exceptions)
- Ability to receive feedback in a positive manner. High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to understand, comprehend burning issues and provide solutions proactively.
- Need to have the ability to multi task on a daily basis.
- Ability to work independently without direct or constant supervision.
- Must be able to remain poised, calm and have the ability to think on the feet and respond calmly under pressure.
- Should have the zeal and flexibility to stretch if the work demands to accomplish tasks.
- Should be flexible to work in U.S. shift timings.
- Should have better than good system skills.
- Familiarity with basic tools MS office like winword, excel, etc.
- Typing speed should between 30 to 40 words per minute
- Provide first-level technical Support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
- Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
- Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues. Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
- Skills : Flawless Communication skills and Good Technical Troubleshooting skills
- Bachelor Degree, PUC (with one year of international call center experience);
- Diploma Courses (post 10+2 with 1 year international call center experience);
- Engineering Degree or Post Graduate Degree (with at least 1 year experience in customer care / tech international call center process)
2.Basic PC Hardware / A+ Certification / MCDST Certification 90 days will be added advantage
Exposure to technical support trouble shooting in international call centers will be an added advantage.
Position 3:-(US Shift, Rotational Shift)
- Excellent Communication Skills
- 24/7 work environment(Night / Rotational Shifts)
- 5 days a week
- Weekly offs may not necessarily be Saturdays and Sundays
Package: 2-3 Lacs p/a
