Manual Testing - HBS

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform Manual Testing for assigned projects.
- Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate business requirements.
- Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan.
- Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work.
- Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings.
- Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes.
- Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor.
- Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor.
- Build a relationship with project stakeholders/business partners
Eligibility Criteria's:
- Years of Experience: 1.5 – 2.9 Years.
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant).
- Proficient in different kind of Testing - Black box.
- Good knowledge of Sql query creation, execution and result verification.
- Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases.
- Good knowledge of testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre is preferable.
- Should be able to work independently and act proactively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
