- Claims tasks
- Effectively manage claims from first advice to final settlement
- Ensure prompt payment of claims within Willis payment targets
- Ensure that carriers are kept fully advised of claims within company targets
- Continually review the claims process to ensure a high degree of accuracy.
- Job may involve working in shifts.
Desired Profile:
- Graduate
- Fluency in English (Verbal and Written)
- Understanding of the insurance market in order to address technical issues will be an advantage.
- IT literate
