· The Lead interaction designer is responsible for managing and implementing core usability solutions for applications.
· Will play an active role in the UxD team and in shaping new opportunities for the organization.
· As a lead interaction designer you must have a deep understanding of usability processes/methodologies such as UCD, User analysis & research, Task flow analysis, Information Architecture, wire frames etc.
· Help UI designers build up a user friendly user interface that fulfills user expectations and is designed for ease of use
