Job Responsibilities :
* Unattended installation of Workstations using Microsoft /Third party applications.
* User Management: Creation of user accounts, modifying user properties, assigning rights to user.
* Password management through Windows NT/ 2000 Group /Security Policy.
* Disk quota Management using Windows / third party tools.
* Software and Patch addition, modification and removal using change management procedures.
* Network administration: Configuring IP, sub-netting, checking statistics using TCP/IP utilities such as Ping, Tracert and basic troubleshooting.
* Backups /Restore using Windows NT backup /Third party soft wares such as Brightstore and Veritas Backup etc.
* Updating Virus definitions on the server, scanning and removal of viruses from Network.
* Undertake daily activities as per laid down procedures and policies.
* Responsible for inventory management as per procedures.
* Responsible for meeting SLA.

Required :
* Candidate must be BE/B.Tech with1-3 years of experience.
* good communication skills (Spoken and written)
* Candidate must be Microsoft Certified System Professional
* Candidate must have good knowledge of LAN/WAN communication technology, networking protocols and routing protocols
* Knowledge of Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, is mandatory
* Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory will be preferred.
* Candidate should have knowledge of Email systems such as Lotus Notes or Microsoft exchange.
* Strong customer handling skills
* Involved into complex environment handling
* Candidate must be flexible to work in different shifts (Through Rotation).
