Process Description:
The process involves identifying and classification of scanned images. These documents are then later uploaded in the BAC central repository for all subsequent process to review. Accurate indexing of these documents is important else there will be a lot of re-work for downstream processes.

Role Description:
Managing a span of 4-6 TMLs with an overall span of about 72 associates. Is responsible for driving performance, exceeding CTQs, managing client expectations. 

The candidate should possess Good understanding of Six Sigma Basics, Excellent People skills, Excellent Analytical Skills. The candidate should be able to Build Productive team. Ability to articulate Business needs and convert them into appropriate CTQs. High on associate engagement initiatives.

Position Requirements:
  • Graduate in any stream
  • Work experience of 7 – 10 yrs of experience of which at least 4 yrs must be from the BPS space.
  • Must have handled a big team consisting of Team Leaders/Assistant Managers
  • Willing to work in shifts(24/7)
  • Good communication and people management skills
  • Eye for detail with an ability to maintain the process standards through effective controls.
  • Demonstrate excellent analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent communications & escalation handling skill

L & LD - Learning & Leadership Development
The role is for the Learning and Leadership Development (L&LD) team. The L&LD team is involved in learning consulting, development and delivery of associate and leadership development programs.
 
Role Description:

Instructional Designer role
- Develop in-house training material (these include classroom presentations, student guides, facilitator guides, quick reference cards, program hand-outs, and any other material) by applying various Instructional Design strategies, models, and theories

 Managing the enrollment and reimbursement process for the Associate Education Policy.

-  Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities to be able to provide recommendations and improvements.

Role Requirement:

-  Overall experience of 6-8 yrs in the Training Development domain.

-  At least 4 years hands-on experience in developing content for different training product types, such as Instructor Lead training, Web-based Training, Job Aids, and Quick Ref Cards.

-  Demonstrated knowledge in different aspects of learning such as needs assessment, instructional design, assessments, learning technology, training delivery, evaluation, and learning administration.

 Proficiency with MS Office - specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

-  Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
