Role Description:
Instructional Designer role - Develop in-house training material (these include classroom presentations, student guides, facilitator guides, quick reference cards, program hand-outs, and any other material) by applying various Instructional Design strategies, models, and theories
- Managing the enrollment and reimbursement process for the Associate Education Policy.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business issues and priorities to be able to provide recommendations and improvements.
Role Requirement:
- Overall experience of 6-8 yrs in the Training Development domain.
- At least 4 years hands-on experience in developing content for different training product types, such as Instructor Lead training, Web-based Training, Job Aids, and Quick Ref Cards.
- Demonstrated knowledge in different aspects of learning such as needs assessment, instructional design, assessments, learning technology, training delivery, evaluation, and learning administration.
- Proficiency with MS Office - specifically MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
