Job Description JOB CODE : HYD00294-1 Senior-level Instructor position responsible for the implementation and facilitation of learning solutions (training, communication, coaching) requiring higher levels of specialization. Supports the more senior level associates and/or more complex business learning and leadership solutions. Responds to line management and associate issues related to associate performance improvement. Works with Learning Project team to evaluate the success of learning solutions. Can serve as an on-site associate performance coach through monitoring and evaluating training results in the work environment. Is an Individual contributor role. Responsibilities v Proactively work with the L&LD client team to implement performance support solutions to drive improved business results v Conduct classroom and virtual instructor led training interventions. Foster relationship with associates to facilitate delivery of training. v Improvement of associate productivity and quality of service based on the effectiveness of training v Guide individuals and teams to achieve results through learning solutions Competencies and Experience v 8 to 10 years of overall experience. v Out of which at least 6 years experience in facilitating behavioral training programs in a large sized organization. v Advanced presentation and facilitation skills and proven ability in handling manager level learner population. v Flexibility (curriculum changes, schedule changes, teaching styles) v Working knowledge of LMS. v Proficient in Microsoft Windows (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)and banking business systems v Understand the body of knowledge surrounding the development of learning solutions, including the practices of needs assessment, development objective-setting, training design, development, delivery, and evaluation. v Track and measure results relating to turn-around time, training completion scores, learner satisfaction scores, speed to competency, and employee performance in the field. | |||||||||||
