  • Responsible for processing claims (Credit/Debit) and chargeback’s (Only for Credit).
  • Associates will investigate the claim for identifying suspicious activities on the claims and also looks for the recovery opportunities.
  •  They also need to determine the best course of action for the Customer to resolve the claim or setting the correct expectations. 
  • Associates should be updated with all the internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements when reviewing Customer accounts.
[2] JOB Description for TEXT CHAT:  [JOB CODE: Hyd00646]
  • Respond to Online Banking and Retail customer’s inquiries via the internet through authenticated and unauthenticated E-mail channels. 
  • Utilizes multi-tasking abilities to research and assist external and internal bank customers in providing a complete and comprehensive response to the customer.
  • Associate also uses the context of the inquiry to promote related services and/or preempt additional customer queries and address them proactively. 
  • Partners with Senior Management, and various support departments, to resolve escalated and complex E-mail inquires.
[3] JOB Description for LANDSAFE:  [JOB CODE: Hyd00603]
  • Landsafe National Default (LND) is the supplier of information of the property to the Attorneys and FBRM.When a loan is foreclosed a request for the title is sent to LND.
  •  LND completes the Title through various reports like O&E reports, Title search report, Title update report, Client services group etc.
  • LND is responsible for the complete information on the Title which includes ownership details, lien on property, legal descriptions etc.
  • Landsafe provides Title & Title related products for defaulted loans.
[4] JOB Description for VOICE:  [JOB CODE: 27J-Voice]
Main aim is to collect funds from home owner (Exploring different options with the customer)

PLZ NOTE: For this Required Qualification is
  • UG with 1-year experience. 
  • Freshers Can also apply

Above All 4-Processes requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline with basic banking knowledge.
  • BE, B.Tech, MCA & BCA not allowed.
  • Preferred work experience either Freshers/ Exp [0-3 years]
  • Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.
  • Should be flexible with Split Offs.
  • Typing Speed 30 - 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
