The Text Chat Team processes Customer requests through the Chat channel. Customer sign into online banking using their online ID’s and pass codes and then click on the customer service tab chat with us.
This is called authenticated chat.
Process requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline with basic banking knowledge.
- BE, B.Tech, MCA & BCA not allowed.
- Preferred work experience either Freshers/ Exp [0-3 years]
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills.
- Flexible to work in 24/7 Environment.
- Should be flexible with Split Offs.
- Typing Speed 30 - 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
