- Any Graduate with min 4 years of relevant experience with at least 1-year as a TL.
- Should have handled a team of 8-12 members.
- Should have exposure in conducting performance appraisals independently.
- Latest experience should be in a BPO environment and should have sound knowledge of operational metrics.

Process Overview:
 ● This is an Online Banking process involving responding to Customer queries via Email/ Live chat channel.
 ● We serve retail customer domiciled in the US and the role is to receive an Email/ Live chat.
 ● Understanding what the customer is asking (Pertinent to that customer account) and perform the maintenance and respond to the customer.
● Good Grammatical and language skills and understanding ow our Bank works is critical for this role.
