Skills Required:

-          Should mandatorily have exposure in fixed Income/ Equities in asset Servicing/ Income processing.

-          Should be from a wholesale banking background.

-          Excellent communication skills & willingness to work in night shifts.

-          Any Graduate with min 4-years of relevant experience with at least 1-year as a TL.

-          Should have handled a Team of 8-12 members and should have exposure independently.

Job Responsibility:

-          Take complete ownership for primary functional responsibilities related to the relevant domain.

-          Maintain detailed MIS on process performance & responding to LOB queries instantly.

-          Answering Important Client Queries/ Escalations [Written/verbal] in a timely manner.

-          People management in terms of conducting Performance Appraisals, Adhering to process SLA’s and so on.
