Job Description:
- Provide first-level support on basic operational or maintenance of personal computers and /or peripherals using available tools.
- Guide customer troubleshooting efforts to identify products that have Customer Issues and issue service calls in accordance with guidelines.
- Escalate problems when unable to resolve customer issues.
- Log and sufficiently document all contacts with customers in designated tools.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST FOR DELL - VOICE SUPPORT (CALL CENTER)
- Ideal Candidate will be supporting Global customers of Dell in Tech issues.
- Tech Support will be primarily on Windows Operating System and Hardware issues in Desktops and Laptops.
- Candidates applying for this job should be willing to work in the NIGHT SHIFTS.
SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE JOB:
1. Excellent Communication Skills in English is a must.
2. Good knowledge in computer Hardware and Windows Operating systems.
3. Candidates with Hardware Certification, MCSE, A+ Certification will find this job as the right job to progress in their career.
Educational Qualification:
• Graduates in any stream. (10+2+3)
• Candidates applying for Dell need to show us the original marks sheets of the education qualification and all work experience documents as proof(attested copies will not be accepted).
• B.E candidates with at least 3 months international call center experience may apply.
• Candidates with Customer Service background interested in Tech support can also apply.
