Job Description:
- Should have knowledge of desktop troubleshooting. 
-Interface with customers via inbound calls or internet for the purpose of resolving routing problems with products or services.
- Principle duties and responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer's needs and concerns, demonstrate empathy.
- Clarify customer's requirements, probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.
- Position on contract basis.

- Comfortable to work 24 by 7.
