We have a  requirment for Executive - Customer Support Group  - 10 NOS

Key Responsibilities of the Position (Customer Support Group):  
·         Resolving billing & service related cases raised to the back office
·         Responding to emails from customers.
·         Communicating resolutions via emails, letters or calls
·         Handling Fast track and corporate cases

Please note our requirements
1)      Graduates from Recognised universities
2)      Minimum 2 yrs experience in customer service
3)      Excellent comunication skills (written & verbal)

We will be conducting an Inhouse Referral Drive (Walk in Interviews) on Monday 19-April,10

 – All candidates have to walk in with their Resume & mention the referring employees name & Employee Code on the CV.
