Skills Required:
- Should mandatory have exposure to the Reference Data [Product Data only] domain at the TL level for a min of 1-year & overall experience of 4-years min.
- Should mandatorily have exposure to the Setup & Maintenance of Securities [Fixed Income & Equities Products]
- Should have knowledge of fixed income & equity products traded in the US & EMEA markets.
- Should have handled a Team of 8-12 members and should have exposure independently.
- Excellent communication skills & Should be a Graduate.
Job Responsibility:
- Maintaining up-to-date static data pertaining to process such as Contacts database, Payment instructions etc.
- Take complete ownership for primary functional responsibilities related to the relevant domain.
- Maintain detailed MIS on process performance & responding to LOB queries instantly.
- Answering Important Client Queries/ Escalations [Written/verbal] in a timely manner.
- People management in terms of conducting Performance Appraisals, Adhering to process SLA ’s and so on.
