Role:
QUALITY COORDINATOR - L2
Experience/Skills:
Candidate with 6-10 years of experience with good project Management skills and delivery experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Thorough understanding of Wipro's
Quality Processes (Veloci-Q) , must have completed trainings such as
Veloci-Q 201, ecube learning etc.
Familiar with Quality Standards like ISO 9001 / SW-CMMi standards, ITIL, ISO – 20 K.
Familiar with Wipro’s Project Management Tool E-Cube.
Implementation of gating mechanism and facilitating governance call.
Familiar with FPP tracker and POC Online, Microsoft Project
Experience in Project Plan reviews,
ability to identify process gaps and create necessary tailoring
guidelines applicable for the projects
Excellent understanding of metrics, defect prevention planning and collection of data, project performance analysis
Strong delivery background - At least 4 years of project management experience or QC roles in projects/program.
Familiar with ITIL processes
Exposure to internal audits and assessments
Ability to identify proactive process improvements and push them for implementation
Exposure to process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma and Lean
Experience in the testing lifecycle and worked as QC in the testing projects will be an added advantage
