The Test Technician role involves the employee to be responsible for trouble shooting and repair of the given production test equipment and supporting Test Specialists on testing needs.

Job Responsibilities :
* Constructs test and interface jigs from schematicsor detailed descriptions.
* Monitors equipment performance to ensure stable operation.
* Assists Test specialist in solving production test problems.
* Performs regular preventive maintenance and calibration of test equipments.
* Planning of Spares for all Test Stations.
* Repair of defective parts of Test Equipment.
* Constructs test and interface jigs from schematicsor detailed descriptions.
* As a member of the department TDRE team, technician is responsible for identifying the defects in process flow due to test equipment and take corrective action to reduce the defects per units.
* The Test Technician is required to work with the Test Specialist to ensure the availability of the right test equipment hardware and jigs for the product launch
* Test Technician is required to plan the spares for all the test equipments. And plan for the replacement and repair of defective parts.
Required :
* Diploma (Electrical & Electronics/Power Electronics/
* Knowledge on test jigs &fixtures making.
* He must have hands on expeience of repair of3phase power supplier,UPS..
* Awareness of safety & ISO procedure.
