Job Description:
- Responsible for all aspects of managing a team.
- Management of one or more of the following areas:
- Administration of Procurement and Corporate card.
- Input of invoices matching to purchase orders
- Employee cash expense claims.
- Central invoices.
- Petty cash claims.
- Period end reports and indicators.
- Helpdesk.
- Cash forecasting.
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Payments to suppliers
- Ensure all KPIs and SLAs are met
- Develop motivated and enthusiastic teams.
- Continually seek to improve workflow and internal controls and develop Continuous Improvement Projects.
- Ensure conformance to Baseline, QCDs and safeguard the integrity of these documents.
- Develop client relationships and manage their expectations.
- Evaluations, PDPs and coaching.
Desired Profile and Essential skills:
- PC literate, good MS Access, Excel and Word skills.
- Good experience of ERP GL systems.
- Knowledge of ERP systems Purchasing and Payables is essential
- At least 7 years’ experience in AP/management of 20 or more FTE.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to identify opportunities and improvements within the area.
- Shows initiative and commitment.
- Ability to consider a variety of deadlines simultaneously.
Desirable skills:
- Able to remain calm and confident with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate on a variety of levels within the Unit and with the client.
- Able to deal with multiple priorities and adapt as necessary.
- Flexible with a strong focus on achieving the required result.
