- We are Looking for a highly motivated Technical Recruiter for our US Operations who has experience in calling, screening candidates and submit profiles to the clients.
- Should be able to work in US Timings (Night shifts) .
- Understanding the client requirements and sourcing the profiles accordingly through Job portals/referrals/databases.
- Well versed with US recruitment operations.
- Good understanding of the IT Terms and Technologies.
- Must have Minimum - 6 Months of experience in US Recruiting.
- Good knowledge about US Geography.
- Should be result and target oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self motivated and team player
