Brief overview of RIM (Hiring Manager –Srinivasarao Bandaru)
RIM - As the name implies, managing remote IT infrastructure using a combination of Intranet and Internet with the help of sophisticated tools is described as RIM. RIM is the latest offshore model through which the IT requirements of an organization, specifically the support functions of infrastructure management and maintenance are dealt remotely. RIM is adapted by several organizations as this mode of service delivery helps to reduce the costs by leveraging the infrastructure, tools and resources.
Regional LAN Support (RLS)
SKILLS REQUIRED
- 2 - 5 years experience in Windows Desktop / Server administration
- Knowledge of Networking and desktop technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration and Windows XP/2007 desktop Administration
- Experience with Windows Active directory, Group policy, DHCP, DNS
- Experience with Software upgrades and Patch deployments for desktop and servers using WSUS and other tools.
- Experience SCCM, McAfee ePO Administration
- Experience in configuring RAID and troubleshooting Hardware issues
- Experience with Citrix, VMWare would be added advantage
- Certifications in more than one of the following:
- MCSE, Citrix, VMWare
- Experience working in a technical support and/or service capacity that demonstrates an ability to resolve issues quickly and to the satisfaction of the customer/client.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Qualification: BSc /BCA /B.Tech /BE /MCA /MCS.
