● This is an Online Banking process involving responding to Customer queries via Email/ Live chat channel.
● We serve retail customer domiciled in the US
● Understanding what the customer is asking (Pertinent to that customer account) and perform the maintenance and respond to the customer.
Eligibility Criteria:
● Any Graduate Except BE / B.Tech / MCA/ BCA.
● 0-3 years of experience in any field (BPO/ IT/ Banking Etc...)
● Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
● Flexible to work in 24/7 environment.
● Will have to work weekends with off days falling through the week.
